About Spectroplast
Spectroplast makes custom silicone parts using additive manufacturing — for engineers and procurement teams in medical, manufacturing, robotics, and beyond. We are a small team based in Munich, building an easier way for customers to order precision silicone components without the constraints of traditional manufacturing.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Sales Representative to help grow our silicone 3D printing service and turn it into a scalable commercial success.
You will work across the full customer journey: responding to inbound leads, speaking with potential customers, managing quotes and opportunities, and learning what drives conversion from interest to order.
This is not a support role. You will work alongside the management team — especially our Head of Marketing and Head of Business Development — and help shape how we position, sell, and improve the service. We do not expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to move fast, take responsibility, learn from rejection, and keep improving.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound leads, registered users, quote requests, and open opportunities
- Follow up quickly and consistently with prospects, open quotes, and inactive customers
- Run outbound outreach and test messages, channels, and customer segments
- Build and maintain a clean, reliable pipeline
- Work with application engineers on technical customer questions
- Develop relationships with repeat customers and identify growth opportunities
- Share customer feedback with the team to improve positioning, pricing, and product experience
What You Bring
- Full professional proficiency in German and English — written and spoken
- A proactive, go-getter mindset: you do not wait to be told every next step
- Resilience: you are comfortable with rejection, follow-ups, and learning from mistakes
- Curiosity: you like testing different messages, channels, and approaches
- Strong ownership: if something is your responsibility, you drive it until there is a clear result
- Discipline in follow-up and CRM hygiene — you keep your pipeline clean and your next steps clear
- Comfort with digital tools and a willingness to use AI tools in your daily work to multiply your impact
- Experience in B2B sales, SDR, growth, customer success, or a technical/commercial role is a plus — but not a requirement
