Who we are

An ETH Zurich spin-off with an outsized ambition

Spectroplast was founded to solve a problem the industry called impossible: printing 100% pure silicone parts with no moulds. Today we're a close-knit team of engineers, scientists, and builders based in Munich, working shoulder to shoulder to scale a patented additive manufacturing platform.

We're still small enough that everyone's work is visible and everyone's ideas carry weight — and growing fast enough that there's always something new to own.

What we do

Pure silicone, printed on demand

Our patented additive manufacturing process produces medical-grade silicone parts directly from a design file — no tooling, no minimum order, delivered in days. Three areas drive our work.

On-demand production

An online platform where customers upload a design and receive printed silicone parts, from a single prototype to serial volumes, in about a week.

Engineering services

We partner directly with medical and industrial teams to develop parts that couldn't be made any other way — from concept through validation.

Material innovation

Our research pushes the boundaries of what printed silicone can do, expanding the range of materials, properties, and applications the platform supports.
