Become part of our Spectroplast Sales & Marketing team as:

In this central function, you will be in constant contact with our customers, with the team in sales, in production as well as the finance area, in order to provide a professional service for quotations and orders

• Comprehensive processing, administration and control of quotations and orders
• Preparation and control of invoices as well as execution of orders
• Preparation, evaluation and filing of material and customer analyses
• Maintenance of master data as well as general administrative tasks
• Ensuring flawless telephone service as well as customer reception
• Supporting the management team, coordinating appointments and taking minutes

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of administration
• In addition to a confident handling of common IT programmes, you are characterised by a structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Distinct social, organisational and communication skills
• Team player with a high level of personal commitment and a pro-active approach to work
• Quick comprehension combined with a high willingness to learn
• German as mother tongue and very good English skills
